Dulux goes back almost 100 years, but markets change and there’s always room for innovation. They provided us the opportunity to create a premium brand that would be embraced by the trade and loved by homeowners. Therefore the balance between performance and aesthetics was key.

Always Judge a Paint by its Cover
Dulux has always had great quality paints but Heritage is something different. The matt emulsion had a velvety finish, giving an especially luxurious coverage. The smooth, shine-free can was a nod to these qualities. We also minimised the information on the pack giving room for our new identity to breathe.

The Dulux Dog is a modern Icon and synonymous with the brand so we gave him the pride of place and the reverence he deserves.
